This service if for our clients who have already had a full-range home inspection. We're happy to return to the site to re-evaluate anything you negotiated as part of your purchase-agreement. This inspection does not re-inspect any areas of the home other than those items contractually agreed upon as part of your 32-R (response) document. 

We will return to the home and inspect all items contractually agreed to be corrected by the selling party.
