We work our way inside to the major areas; hot water heater, furnace, AC unit, electrical panel, kitchens, and bathrooms. We then move onto the attic and crawlspaces. We follow this method on every inspection to ensure we hit every part of your home. This little extra attention to detail helps us to find items other inspections would not. We inspect every home as if we’re looking to purchase it ourselves.
