Andrew Grimm

I'm just one in a long line of trades-people, most of the family is licensed in one trade discipline or another. I come from home-inspector-stock. The family is also in the business of education. My Aunt & Uncle are the proprietors of the School of Professional Home Inspection. Suffice to say; family get-togethers are full of batty stories illustrating job-site findings. You'll feel my connection to educations throughout my inspections. I'm always happy to spend extra time chatting about findings, what they mean, and their realistic impact on your life. I've performed more than 1,500 inspections and counting. Unique, odd-ball, old houses are my favorite. Gear & gadgets are my weakness. If I'm inspecting your potential new home, you're going to walk away well armed with information; 'cause we'll be diving deep.

A self-professed "tinkerer" and a typical jack-of-all-trades. I dabble in all the artistic realms. Home inspector extraordinaire by day. Musician by night. Mechanic when I feel inspired. Restorer [of almost anything] when something needs rehabilitation. I get a jolt of excitment from learning new skills,  and using my many various & random  acquired skills. Home inspection, for me, is a well-tuned skill. With a few years under my belt, and lots of in-depth mentorship from <-----that guy over there (Andrew); I'm the second-in-command here at Abode Analysis. Chances are, if you ring our phone you'll be talking to me. I'm happy to be here guiding you throughout the process and crawling throughout your potential home.

...also, I like long walks on the beach.
